Training Method

We at Command Control K9 use a very special training method. Unlike the traditional training that most of our competitor uses that is to train their dogs in pray in protection; we train our dog in defense Right from a young age. You see when you train your dog in pray It is not series, it only a game. Even if one were to train their dog in pray first then in defense, it would not be series. We don’t use a towel, tug or sleeve, to
start our young dogs in the bite development, the only purpose for a towel, is to dry yourself off, when you get out of the shower.

The equipment that we use for training our dogs is specially design. We don’t use shock collars, or E collars. You see to use a shock collar is a Lazy way to train dogs. It is only a temporary fix; it is like a bandage.

When we train our dogs in obedience we don’t use food, balls, or tugs for reward. Our dogs are train in a very special method to get motivated to do the obedience. As you know obedience is the only unnatural form of a dog. It is natural for a dog to bite and track.

Foundation, We at Command Control K9 train our puppies at a very young age. We start training our puppies as young as 5 weeks. We feel that the most important time for a pup is between 5 to 8 weeks; in fact, we feel this is more important then the next 6 month of the puppies’ life. At 5 week we put a collar and a lead on a young pup. We get them to walk with structure, we expos them to different environment and surfaces. We take them every were we go, so they get exposed to the real world. We create train them, so when one takes deliver of one of our puppies they have a good foundation.

Whelping, we at cck9 whelp our puppies out side in natural made dens. We feel that this is a natural form, for mother and pups, for only the strong and fit will go on to make good, Protection Dogs.
