Canine Protection Dogs

Level II : Protection Dogs

Level II canine protection animals have all the attributes of the Level I dogs with the added ability to attack an aggressor on command.

Description of Level II Personal Protection Dogs:

  • 1½ to 3 years old depending on maturity of breed.
  • Aggression Alert
  • Further threat, take bite on body, release & return to handler on command
  • Trained off leash with distractions
  • Socialized with children and other pets in a home setting
  • Bite on elevation
  • Building/Home searches
  • Capable of multiple attacks

Our dogs are trained to bite an attacker on your command and then return to the heel position when told. They provide an extra degree of physical protection and deterrence.

Level II canine protection dogs give you an animal that will constantly be on guard protecting you, your family and your home. And he or she will be a gentle companion, member of your family, and friend to your children.

Price: Level II canine protection dogs start at $12,500 USD

Handler Training: The price of a Level II personal protection dog includes a 3-day handling course where the dog will learn to respond to you as well as he responds to our trainers. Level II Protection Dogs are personally delivered to your door. The expenses of airfare, hotel and car rental are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other Levels of Canine Protection

If you need more protection than a Level II dog, we suggest highly trained personal protection dogs at these levels:

Level III: These more advanced dogs can do everything the Level I and II dogs do, plus they target the attacker's weapon hand specifically and can handle multiple attackers at once.

Level IV: These executive protection dogs provide high security. They do all the above plus can learn custom skills such as training in a specified language and holding an extended down-stay.

Custom Training: Specific skills can be custom trained into personal protection dogs when they are still puppies, including article search, food refusal and relieving on command. See the complete list of custom trained skills here.
