Dutch Shepherd Puppy

Although we at Command Control K9 specialize in selling fully trained protection dogs, we do produce two to three litters total of German Shepherd puppies, Belgian Malinois puppies, and Dutch Shepherd puppies per year.

The parents of our Dutch Shepherd puppies are all imported from Europe. We travel to Europe to hand select our parent dogs to ensure that they meet our stringent criteria. We focus on temperament, stability and intelligence in addition to appearance. Our Dutch Shepherds make an excellent choice for law enforcement or as a personal protection dog.

There are no real standards for the Dutch Shepherd and most breeders are, unfortunately, breeding Dutch Shepherds that are too large for the breed.

Larger size does not necessarily mean that a Dutch Shepherd will be a stronger protector or a greater athlete. On the contrary, we feel that the best defensive Dutch Shepherds should only be medium in size and very muscular. The CCk9 Dutch Shepherds we breed are solid black or brindle in color, with a smooth coat.

Given their exceptional attributes, the CCK9 line of dogs is highly sought after worldwide.  Many clients choose to make reservations years in advance in order to obtain one or more.
