Children and Personal Protection Dogs

One of the most common questions we hear is, “Are Protection Dogs Good With Children?”

A good Personal Protection Dog, is a dog with strong nerves, that is balanced, stable and one that has been socialized around people and children.

We work all our Protection Dogs around people and children at a very young age, in fact we start socializing them as early as five weeks.

As one may or may not know, dogs in general have a natural bond with children because of their high energy level, and non-threatening tone.

Ninety percent of all our Protection Dogs are sold to families with children. In fact are most common clients are CEOs with children that have to travel a lot and leave their wife and children at home.
